AI & automation

AI connected to your systems, your data and your people.

We integrate LLMs, agents and document intelligence into real workflows — reading inputs, reasoning over your data, acting through your software, and handing decisions to a person when they should.

The problem

What makes this hard

01

Pilots that never reach production

A demo chatbot is easy. Permissions, data access, evaluation, cost control and failure handling are what make AI usable.

02

AI disconnected from the work

If the output has to be copied into another system, the manual work just moved.

03

No way to know if it's good

Without evaluation sets and monitoring, quality drifts silently when prompts, models or data change.

What we build

Capabilities

LLM integration

Extraction, classification, drafting and summarization inside your existing product or workflow.

AI agents

Multi-step tasks with tools, limits and approval checkpoints — not unbounded autonomy.

RAG & intelligent search

Answers grounded in your documents and records, with sources and permissions respected.

Document intelligence

Invoices, forms, faxes, EOBs and contracts turned into validated, structured data.

AI copilots

Assistants embedded in the tools your staff already use, scoped to their role.

Workflow automation

Event-driven automation with rules, retries, audit trails and human review.

Speech & conversational AI

Transcription, voice interfaces and conversational flows tied to real actions.

Evaluation & guardrails

Test sets, monitoring, cost tracking and fallbacks shipped with every AI feature.

AI that actually does something

AI isn’t the product. It’s the intelligence inside the product.

AI becomes valuable when it is connected to the systems your business already uses — reading the input, reasoning over your data, acting through your software, and asking a person when it should.

Across industries

The same pattern in different operations.

Pick an industry to see the problem, the workflow, and where AI fits.

  1. 01 · Problem

Front-office and billing staff spend hours on eligibility checks, faxed referrals and denial rework.

  2. 02 · Existing workflow

Staff re-key data from faxes and portals into the PMS; denials are worked from spreadsheets.

  3. 03 · AI integration

Document intelligence reads referrals and remits; denial reasons are categorized from CARC/RARC codes and claim context.

  4. 04 · Automation

Eligibility runs before every visit; denials become routed tasks with the fix and deadline attached.

  5. 05 · Business outcome

Less re-keying and fewer avoidable resubmissions, with staff time moved to exceptions.

Illustrative patterns. Outcomes describe potential operational benefit and depend on your data, systems and process.

Questions

Common questions

Which models do you use?

We choose per use case and keep the integration provider-agnostic, so models can be swapped as cost, quality or policy needs change. Sensitive workloads can use providers and deployment options that meet your data requirements.

Will AI make decisions on its own?

Only where you decide it should, within limits you set. Most workflows we build have AI prepare the work and a person approve anything consequential. Low-confidence results route to a human queue automatically.

How do you measure whether it's working?

We build an evaluation set from your real data before launch, run it on every change, and monitor quality, latency and cost in production. We also time the manual baseline so improvements are measured, not assumed.

    You tell us the problem

A few sentences about what you're building, automating or fixing.

  2. 02

    We map the system

A working session on workflows, data, integrations and constraints.

  3. 03

    You get an execution path

Architecture, phased scope and a realistic estimate — yours to keep.
