Healthcare technology

Technology for the business of healthcare.

We build intelligent systems that connect clinical, administrative and financial workflows for medical practices, clinics, physician groups, behavioral health, specialty practices and billing organizations.

The problem

What makes this hard

01

Systems that don't talk

Scheduling, EHR, clearinghouse, payer portals and spreadsheets — with staff as the integration layer.

02

Admin work crowding out care

Eligibility checks, referrals, documentation and prior authorizations consume clinical and front-office time.

03

Revenue lost in the gaps

Missed charges, avoidable denials and slow follow-up are usually workflow problems, not people problems.

What we build

Capabilities

Practice operations

Scheduling, registration, eligibility, tasks and communication in one operational system.

Clinical workflow support

Structured documentation and AI-drafted notes that a clinician reviews and signs.

Revenue cycle software

Charge capture, claims, remittance, denials and A/R — see RCM & medical billing.

EHR & PMS integration

HL7 v2, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, vendor APIs and file-based interfaces — whatever your systems support.

Patient-facing apps

Portals, intake, reminders, payments and remote monitoring apps.

Operational analytics

Dashboards and reports leaders can trust because they come from the operational data itself.

Behavioral health & specialty workflows

Session-based scheduling, recurring visits, measurement-based care and specialty coding patterns.

Privacy-conscious architecture

Access control, encryption, audit logging and data minimization designed in from the start.

Operations pipeline

From first contact to the final report.

Fourteen stages of healthcare operations — what happens, where it breaks, and what we build there.

01Front office

Patient

A patient reaches out by phone, portal, referral or text.

Where it breaks

Requests scattered across channels; callbacks missed.

What we build

  • Unified intake inbox
  • Online self-scheduling
  • Referral document intelligence

Integrations

Connected to EHRs, clearinghouses and payers.

Through the interfaces each system actually supports.

Integration categories we build for — not vendor partnerships. What’s possible with a given product depends on the interfaces its vendor supports.

Questions

Common questions

Can you integrate with our EHR?

Usually, through the interfaces your EHR supports — HL7 v2, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, bulk export or vendor APIs. What's available depends on the vendor, edition and your contract, so we confirm it during discovery before committing to a timeline.

Is your software HIPAA compliant?

Healthcare systems we build are architected with privacy, access control, auditability and applicable regulatory requirements in mind, and we document data flows for your compliance team. Compliance depends on how a system is configured and operated; we don't claim certifications we don't hold.

Does AI make clinical decisions?

No. AI features we build for clinical settings are assistive: they draft, summarize, extract or flag, and a clinician reviews and owns the decision.
