Practice management systems
One operational system for the practice.
Scheduling, patients, providers, eligibility, documentation, billing, tasks, notifications and reporting — in one system shaped around your workflows, with AI preparing work and staff making the calls.
The problem
What makes this hard
01
Off-the-shelf doesn't fit
Generic PMS products force workarounds for specialty scheduling, multi-location operations or billing models.
02
Work tracked in five places
Tasks live in email, sticky notes, the EHR inbox and a spreadsheet — and fall through the gaps between them.
03
Reporting that nobody trusts
Numbers exported and reconciled by hand every month.

Questions
Common questions
Do we have to replace our EHR?
No. Many practices keep their EHR for clinical charting and use a custom operational layer for scheduling, tasks, billing workflows and reporting, integrated in both directions.
Can you build on top of our existing PMS instead?
Often, yes — as an integrated workspace that adds automation, queues and reporting around the system you already have. We'll recommend build, extend or buy based on your situation.
How long does a build take?
It depends on scope and integrations. We start with discovery and a narrow first release — usually one workflow end to end — so you see working software early and decide what comes next.
