Cloud & DevOps
Infrastructure that ships safely and tells you when it's unwell.
AWS architecture defined as code, CI/CD that builds, tests and scans every change, canary releases with automatic rollback, and observability wired in from the first deploy.
The problem
What makes this hard
01
Deploys are events
Manual steps, weekend releases and nobody sure how to roll back.
02
Hand-built environments
Staging doesn't match production, and nobody knows why.
03
Finding out from customers
No monitoring, alerts or logs you can actually search.
What we build
Capabilities
Cloud architecture
AWS designs sized for the workload — containers, serverless and managed services.
Infrastructure as code
Every environment defined, reviewed and versioned.
CI/CD
Build, test, scan and deploy on every merge.
Release automation
Canary and staged rollouts with health checks and automatic rollback.
Monitoring & logging
Metrics, traces, structured logs and alerts that reach a person.
Security
Dependency and image scanning, secrets management, least-privilege IAM.
Backups & recovery
Automated, encrypted, restore-tested.
Cost visibility
Tagged resources and budgets so spend is understood.
Release pipeline
A deploy — and a rollback.
Switch scenarios to see a bad release caught by a health check and reverted.

Questions
Common questions
Do you work with clouds other than AWS?
AWS is where we do our infrastructure work. If you're committed to another provider, we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
Can you improve our existing pipeline rather than replace it?
Yes. We usually start by making the current pipeline reliable and observable, then introduce infrastructure as code and staged releases incrementally.
Do you provide on-call support?
We can agree an operating model after launch — from runbooks and handover to your team, to ongoing monitoring and support.
